Embargo, chi decide dove non si vendono le armi

Embargo. Una parola che riporta alla mente Cuba o la Nord Corea. Ma ci sono vari tipi di sanzioni. Oltre a quelle economiche, anche quelle militari che riguardano le armi. A creare un archivio dei divieti di vendere armi a determinati Paesi nel mondo ci ha pensato il Sipri, Stockholm international peace research institute.
